Happy Farmers World
The future is not far away
A few weeks ago, we already mentioned Happy Farmers World, which is inspired by the once-viral Facebook game Happyfarm.
The truth is, even though it has been nearly 15 years after the release of Happyfarm, we are still having a mixed feeling of thrill and excitement when we start working on Farmers World. Those thrilling emotions stem from the fact that we were once a fan of a game, and now we are the developers of our favorite game.
What is included in Happy Farmers World?
The interface and gameplay featured will be vibrant and realistic. Players will assume the role of farmers, choose for themselves preferred gender, and start exploiting resources. Players can grow plants, raise cows and chickens. After chopping wood, picking fruit, and collecting eggs, players may decide to sell their products or continue expanding the farm. The decision depends on the farmer’s strategy.
We also put into practice a novel idea in the Play-to-Earn field: Fight-to-Earn games. While farmers are waiting for harvest, they can go to other farms and exploit a part of resources from others. Therefore, you have to stay on guard and protect your farms from intruders; otherwise you will lose some of your extracted resources. Players can also pay back by finding ways to exploit resources on the invaders’ farms. We will limit the number of times that a player can mine on other farms.
We also personalize each player’s farm. You can buy yourself a piece of land, build a house, and sketch out your own planting and breeding areas.
Above are a few among many other features that we are working hard to put into practice. We will discuss and introduce other features in future posts.
We are hoping that your farm is not only where you can make money, but also is where you can proudly show others what you have designed and protected.
